If you live in St. Louis, the libraries there are featuring an American Girl monthly book discussion in partner with the store there. Each month will feature a different character. (Note: The characters for each month are NOT the same as the Beforever Spotlight feature at American Girl.) What's really cool, is they are featuring Isabelle and Chrissa in Oct. and Nov. at the book club. I've missed Chrissa since her GOTY run in 2009. I wonder if they will show the movies for the characters who have one? It doesn't say they will, but it would be cool if they did! The event will "feature a discussion and craft, plus snacks and pink lemonade. Free, but
space at American Girl is limited and reservations are required." So, reserve your spot if you want to attend!
